Mystery unused items

I have completed whole storyline (thanks for all your help) and I've found some items in itemsdescribe file that weren't used in the game such as flower bomb or "my left hand".
Maybe I missed them.Could you explain what are they for?

"my left hand" was used (and removed) when you used your left (pistol) hand picking up the key from the map under the cabindoor.
"flowerbomb" was a birthday gift to (the real) Caroline K which I had hidden in the shipwreck but forgot to remove.
