Alright,

I know all the 3 type of the strongest weapon in-game now.

Strongest Light Weapon.

The light weapon is Morgan's Rapier.(Dmg ???? haven't receieved it. I'll edit once i get it)
Can only get through English National Quest.

On the 8th Mission ( Attacking Santiago. )

Once your done with the Quest talk to the General.
Soon after your done talking to him.
Head to Morgan's House Port Royal.
He will give you *Tan ta da dan !*

Morgan's Rapier the best Light Weapon In-Game ! ( Claps ! )

Strongest Medium Weapon.

I hope I'm right. This sword doesn't even appear in shop's...
I bet Cortelas is the one Medium Sword you '' think '' is the best Medium Sword In-Game.
Well Think AGAIN ! MWAHAHAHA !

This sword is Called Cerber. (Dmg 24/70 better than Cortelas)
Descrition :

A rather rare blade on the Archipelago, with a name of unknown origin. In any case, This short ''dagger'' is prefferred by foolhardy boys and adventurers, as it is good for not just for attacking but defense as well.

I thought ''dagger'' are light... *sigh*...

To get this Sword Dagger thing ?hahaha?

You will need to accept 1 of the quest from the Church.
Where he tells you the Cave Outside Town / Dungeon in Town is full of evil ( Skeletons ).
He wants you to clean the cave out of evil ( Kill Skeleton, ALL )
So head out to the cave / dungeon.

Guess what... They are STRONG ! if you start off at lvl1 with weak sword and want to get this sword, IN YOUR DREAM ! unless your a god... if not... You'll eventually get beaten, beatup and upbeat haha.
So try to gain some level and wear a Cuirass...

You can also loot these item below from this quest.

Rare actifacts that boost up skill. (Random , sometimes none)
Forth Barrel Gun(If i'm mistaken, Sorry)
Double Barrel Gun,
Mortar,
Long-Barrel gun,
Berrette Gun,
100bullet along with the gun above mentioned,
Cerber, (Uncommon, So good luck looting some)
And Poleaxe.(Rare, So goodluck looting some)

2nd Strongest Heavy weapon that can get on early game is Poleaxe.

There are 3 ways to get this.

It's called the Poleaxe, I hope there's another stronger than this. (Dmg 35-120, OUCH !!!)

1st is.

You either get you Heavy Weapon Skill to 90-100level.
It will randomly appear in shop any shop around town. Rare though I think.

2nd is.

You can take the church Quest mentioned from the Strongest Medium Weapon above.
From the loot of the skeletons ( Lootable only those skeleton using them, Rare to get )

This is just 2nd Strongest, I heard there's another stronger sword.

This can be achieved during your starting of the game at level1.
This involve an Inn, money and killing.
So get at least a decent weapon equip !

You enter a Tavern, Save.
Talk to the Waitress.
Until a 3rd option is display saying.

'' I'll warm keep em' warm gorgeous ''

from here, Talk to the Barkeep.
Instead renting a room with 5-10money.
now it's 100.
head inside the room and wait.

If she happen to enter, You will have the *Censored Screen* with moaning...

Alternative event is.

She hired a person to steal from you.
He is using a Poleaxe and a Double Barrel gun.

Save here.

Kill him and loot.
If you didn't get the Axe or Gun you wanted. Quite Rare.

Load back. Kill Him again.
And loot.
Repeat until you get the Axe or the Gun.

Very rare occasion is, Pure luck.
You get both at the same time Like I did using ian stance hahaha.

Now killing is easy. Only problem is. Your energy drain quickly but kill fast =)
This is just to tell you how to get the Poleaxe at early game during level 1.

I think the Strongest Heavy Weapon is :-

Macuahuitl -- Aztec Obsidian Sword ( Dmg 45 - 140 ) Weight 15 -- Get this by looting the bodies of the Aztec warriors you have to fight in the Tenochtitlan quest.

The best gun ( a special Weapon ) is found in a temple at end of Tenochtitlan quest . (Dmg 100 - 300 -- Accuracy 80% -- 52 secs reload -- 4 Shots )

You can find Morgan's rapier in CoAS quest, in one of the chests underwater.

And there's one stronger medium sword than cortelas, I just can't remember right now what's its name.

I got his rapier as I did the England quest avenging Mansfield death.
(8th Nation Quest - Attacking Santiago)

You mean the Cerber?
It is close to Cortelas,

Cortelas - 23-70dmg. Golden Cool looking.
Cerber - 24-70dmg. it look like falcon sword.

I found a Tamat in one of the loot chest in a ship. During my Nation Quest.

Heavy Weapon (Tamat) Unique Rare Sword, Only 1 in the game. I think - 26-100dmg. Made from a fallen meteorite.

But the strongest is the the Aztec cudgel. The name I cannot pronounce right...
 
Possible it's Cerber, I remember it had similar dmg as Cortelas but it was about 1.0 lighter. Tho I always use Cortelas cause it looks so cool :dance
 
what about the katana? From the blue bell quest. And yes, morgans rapier can be found in the underwater thing. Also, there is more than one tanat in the game. The ******* is the strongest gun.
 
What is CM ??

I'm going through the game without cheats and going through alot of port to port quest.

On the Version 3.2 through cheats, it have an Italian Sword which is the Strongest Medium Sword Around.

In this Version 1.3, I'm trying to find it around throughout the game. Which is Impossible, I don't know how to get it exactly.

Is this sword even exist ?

On the other hand, The strongest Gun in the game is Throught the Tenochitlan Quest.
White man say I go get it if I can find the Jade skull.

I'm playing the Version 3.2 currently with cheats on, hahaha.
Just want to see the events then I can do it in my Vers.1.3 game.

Alot of problems with the Vers 3.2 I encountered.

Alot of Useless pointless Stock menu in the shop...
Iron and Copper is acceptable.
If you can find silver and gold, You can find these too.
Which is the most logic thing.

But the Stock is just that many and useless...
I hope the price is random...
If the BUY price is higher than the SELL price in all the other Town.
You can't get rich without doing the Merchant Quest.

In version 1.3. I have been buying cheap item that sell with fortune in a certain town.

Example :

BUY(Saint John's) - 153money per 1silver.
SELL(CharlesTown) - 255money per 1silver.

255-153 = You gain 102money for each silver you sell.

This is my own way getting rich without cheating...

I can't say that this new version is great...
Still I need to see it through properly.
And I'll report to the Modders and try to make things better.

Game been glitchy, Not responding and Crashes.
Overall. Good job. I certainly love the cheats wahahaha.
 
There is a medium sword u can get in CoAF better then Cerber(24/70), It is the Haudegen which is 25/70.

Edit:
And you can also get Haudegen at the end of austin quest, by looting the leader after u killed him.

There is a mod that turns the Haudegen into the Katana. It's standard in the CM, but has been around for quite some time.

Yup! I got it once but I'd rather use the Morgan's Rapier because it looks awesome and I feel like I'm one of the best pirates ever. :rpirate

I got the Double-Barrelled Pistol only lol
 
As far as I know, the best light blade is one formerly owned by Cortez. I have not seen it yet, but according to the wiki, it's supposed to be a quest-related piece of loot in the Aztec city. Morgan's rapier comes second and I know only 2 pieces can be obtained - one from Morgan as part of the pirate questline and another during the diving sessions at shipwreck city.

As far as medium blades go, I know of no blade with higher stats than the Haudegen - one will be dropped by Austin in the pearhunters' village, another is in the box next to the late Layton Dexter. I also saw it dropped by the Bluebird's captain, but that I can assure you is a random drop.

For heavies - there's the Tanat, by far the most plentiful of all high-end blades. You can get several in CoAS - one in Layton Dexter's chest, another in the St.Augustine's cargo hold, many of the city's baddies will drop them as random loot - for instance during the Clan base assaults. Beyond CoAS - I know the officer who tries to arrest you following Isabella's brother's murder dropped one for me on 2 occasions, so it might be scripted loot, rather than random.

For me, light blades seem to be the better option, due to energy mechanics. The really demanding fights are almost lengthy and rely on you swinging left and right. Something you can't hope to do for very long, using a heavier blade.

I'll see about posting pics of those blades later.

For Morgan's Rapier, you also can get it during English Nation Quest Line.
