Bug No Bootstrap in Turks Tavern

Ahoy mateys !

I just got to Turks with Norrington after choosing to speak with the governor and get some cash. Talked to the guy in the tavern, talked to Norrington in the tavern room then I got to the port with him, he left and left me a tartane.

I've just read in the complete storyline walkthrough that I had to go to the tavern and speak to that guy Bootstrap Bill Turner.

Thing is... he's not there. He's just not there.

Go back to your last save and try again. That usually works.

Yeah, I tried it a lot of times, tried to restart the game and nothing.

I just got back to my save when I arrive in Port Royale and stole the Interceptor.
