Contains a mod file named quests_reaction
that is commented in Russian.
(the language here should not appear during game play)
 
Maybe the patch is for russian version <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" />

1 - made a mod manager compliant patch out of the Official 1.50 Patch

2 - took the NO CD from this thread, applied it on top of the 1.5 patch mod

3 - applied this combined mod to the 1.41 stock game as Shipped in the USA - Without any other mods or Cracks applied.

Results

It plays

It has the Akella start up Upid Splashes

It has no StarFart drivers to remove!!

Looks like its time for playtesting, but it looks safe

P.S. scanned for viruses too, nothing suspicious found.

Having played SM's Pirates! I was looking forward to getting AOP and it has arrived on my doormat via Ebay today! Good news.

Would one of you kindly tell me how best to patch the game after installing it and avoid the dreaded StarForce? If I install the NoCD patch you mention in this thread, after installing the 1.5 patch (which is the latest and best patch??), will this work? Will I be StarForce free? Also, any mods you recommended would be great too.

Thank you in advance for your help, it is greatly appreciated. When replying please can you give me step by step instructions assuming I'm a complete idiot (I'm hopefully not, but if you assume I am its safest!)

I haven't played the game since Vanilla 1.41, so I don't know much about the mod (AoP SuperMod, made by Cyberops - have a look around <a href="http://www.galaxyproductions.net" target="_blank">his site</a> to find the download link) - I've considered downloading it, but I somehow can't be able to find a changelog, which puts me off a bit. (I'm not into downloading gigs to find that it is not what I expected...)

I wonder if it more then just nocd (I though game is DVD, not cd?), because when I install, then I sleep in game but it's dose not take me back to room in Traven, I wonder if it's changed something ect other then starfoce and no cd or dvd.
I have a DVD, but not CD.
