Not responding...

Hello to all in first place, i`m new here
Well, i have a problem...
i played AOp 2 CoaS it works like a charm.... then i found out about the PotC

My problem is the following:

i start game, and, everything it`s ok... until i hit the "new game" button... then i get the following error: "ENGINE has stopped working"

I run on windows 7 ultimate
specs, as far as i know them are:
Dual core 2.66 - intel
2.5 g ram
256 intel g41 express chipset
pixel shader 4


( i will provide any info's that u will need ... please help, i wanna play it :|

the faq could very likely answer this. two problems i see are vista and an intel card, though i think the last one was only a laptop-related problem.

so...basically this means i can`t play PotC unless i change the video card? :|

The game runs fine on Win7. Vista too. It looks like you need to install Swiftshader. Try that first and then we will see what comes up next. )

Vista is indeed no problem. 256 intel g41 express chipset is though.

I`l try Swiftshader in the morning (any version or a specific one?) , as for the chipset being though.. i know...my video board recently crashed..so i`m stuck a wile with the integrated one
