play in windowed mode, is it possible?

Its not that I'm a slacker, well maybe but anyway I'm a Systems Engineer for a company with a very stable network and I might get maybe 1 call per day about something small like "Please install Office 07 for me" or "we need a new printer" and well I get bored from time to time. Some of my games can be played in a windowed mode like Civ 4 or SWG or I can Alt Tab to the desktop pretty quick so no one sees me playing games. The problem is you can't alt tab to the desktop and then get back into POTC, whenever I do i get just a black screen when i try and et back into POTC after i alt tab to the desktop. Is it possible to play POTC windowed? that way i can play at work and if someone comes by my cube i can minimize or move the window out of view real quick? Now I know I'm not the first person here to get the urge t sail the 7 seas while at work. I recently moved a few months ago and finally have gotten settled in to the point where i can spend some time after work playing but I'm bored as hell right now and i want to play on my laptop at work lol. Just call me Captain Peter Gibbons and I want to hunt down and sink the notorous Captain Lumberg lol Thanks.

hmm, it won't happen that quick. i've put up with such things for years i tell you. of course, that was at school. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" />

Something you should do to insure stability is to set the game's screen resolution to you desktop resolution.

Another thing people have noticed is that game graphics don't recover after screen saver sessions.

Where is engine.ini? I bought the game via Steam, if that makes any difference.
