So i have this quest,got blackmailed by banker to find guy called Pinette. First i had to sneak into Panama to search for him,there i spoke with tavern owner and he said he is gone, then my quest got updated saying i should go to Portobello to search for him but when i get to Portobello i cant speak with anyone about this quest,not during the day or night,stuck at dead end. I cant abandon the quest since i get bounty of 30 000 on my head and hostile with France, cant solve it through Fadey. Please help.
