Problem with colonial frigate

I wanted to write in other section about that, but it's blocked.
Well, today I met a Colonial Frigate and I decided to gain it.
After winning, when I gained this ship I noticed a problem with deck.

There is no deck. When I press 'Tab' to go on board, I see my ships from the water.
It looks like the camera was on the bottom and I see everything from the water.

Rather, it needs to be improved.

As I said. Everything is like underwater when I use Tab button.

I'm guessing GOF 1.2?
I can't say if this is a known issue as i have never read about this happening before or come across it myself. I would say its a install problem or maybe something missing for the Colonial Frigate. All i can suggest is see what happens if you purchase a Colonial Frigate, it could just be a problem during the naval battle or it could be a deeper problem.
