Good thinking. Here's a few things worth using, while I remember:

    IndieDB popularity banner
    [IMG]
    (link to IndieDB profile: http://www.indiedb.com/games/hearts-of-oak)

    HoO logo (300px wide)
    Full size (900px wide) logo
    [IMG]
    White logo (for brighter backgrounds)

(I don't have a 300px white logo, but can provide one if needed)

    Full wheel logo
    [IMG]

    Small wheel icon
    [IMG]

    PA! logo (400px wide)

    Light logo (400px wide)

    Full size (900px) logo
    [IMG]

    Full size (900px) light logo
    [IMG]

Pieter - For the Twitter page, do you think it would be good to have the HoO, New Horizons and GOF logos featured on the left side?

Can do. Have we got a good GoF Logo somewhere? I might still have the NH one.

Also, how does that page display on other resolutions? I think that could throw some things out of whack where "side stuff" is concerned.

    300px versions for consistency:

The side stuff is probably fine on most modern screens.

    New one!

Edit: Why the CRAPPALONI does this forum INSIST on displaying this with a white line between the two rows of pictures?
It does the same with my signature. Looks pretty CRAP! :whipa

This should display better, though it does have a few less links incorporated:

This one might be better to "catch the eye", so to say:

Edit: Also, posts split to their own, separate thread. Opening post redone to contain the latest banners.

Cool banners! The PA! logo looks a bit hard to read, though. I think it might look better on the right side, if that doesn't mess up the multi-links banner.

When I tried before, that made it even harder to read. Here's my second try:
    Promotion Simple Moved Logo.jpg
Would you say that is an improvement? Or not so much....?

Edit: Or what if we make the PA! Logo bigger?

My brother @Pirate J makes this suggestion:
    Promotion Simple V4.jpg
    Readability did improve again.

    That's certainly an improvement. :onya
How would it look if, instead of having white 'clouds' behind the logos, the entire image had a white-to-transparent gradient going from top to bottom? Just a thought.

    Something like this, you mean?
    Promotion Simple V5.jpg
It doesn't improve on the vibrant colours of the background, but then.... backgrounds with vibrant colours are tricky anyway.

As per @Ashinokami's suggestion, here are three additional variations:

Light PA! Logo + Coloured HoO Logo:
    Promotion Simple V6 Colour.jpg

Light PA! Logo + White HoO Logo:
    Promotion Simple V6 White.jpg

Light PA! Logo + Grey HoO Logo:
    Promotion Simple V6 Grey.jpg

While I personally tend to like colour, I reckon the "Light PA! Logo + White HoO Logo" does match up pretty well.
At least all text and logos have a similar colour scheme that seem to fit together.

    lol sorry!

I would go for the upper one.

EDIT: meaning - Light PA! Logo + Coloured HoO Logo:
Reason: I like the overall coloring - and I do not think we should tamper with the colors of the HoO logo. Better to have people recognize it as it is, and not change it to much at the moment.
