I have heard people talking about the random drunk in tortuga is he on build 14 beta 2?

He is as long as the cheatmode is enabled at the bottom of PROGRAM\InternalSettings.h .
He appears in the opening tavern scene in Tortuga and allows you to skip to various parts of the story.

Ive just done it and wanted to say that the isla cruces location is excellent! I still need to try the others
