The weather is still playing a major factor in the in the ongoing Somali pirate saga, once again, not a whole lot of action this week. The lates forcast I was able to find for the region still had seas of 5-10 foot waves, not exactly ideal for speed boats.   As always however, the ICC's Live Piracy Report is still fairly active!
