Fixed Respawning Characters after Reload Save

Quick test confirms that this is back to normal.

A quick comment. Sometimes the different groups would start fighting with each other instead of all attacking us, which results in a wild melee. I sometimes found meself hacking away at me own officers. Gotta get them more distinctive clothes.
