I have NO idea how hard it is to do this, neither am I aware if it has been implemented in CMv3.

However, I think we should seriously consider making, as we did for POTC, player levels and world levels a different thing.
What I mean is that shops, stores and random merchants shouldn't have an inventory suited JUST for the player.
They should actually have a random inventory.. at least one that isn't depending on the player's level.
Also, encounters should be "randomed" as well.

I know we have this in POTC Build Mod.. how could it be done for COAS?
(Damn I want to learn how to code.)
 
the items have a minlevel value what meas that this items only appears if you rech this level. if you set this value to 0 then all item can appear at any time...but I would say you should make the better items rarer I think

Have them rarer to find on a corpse but in shops just really expensive :shrug

I agree the real world shouldnt be completely based on player level, however we dont want it to be impossible to play at the start and to easy at the end :no
