Runtime error during battles

Ahoy
My game get crash during larger battlers with this message.
According to this topic

setting XP compatibility might help, however it doesn't help me. The longer battle last the more frequent crashes occur.
I play GoF 1.1 on Vista 64 bit.

Could you be please be more explicit? Tell me more about your computer specs. For that, Start-Run-Tipe "dxdiag"(without the quotes). There you will find all details about your computer. Post them here.

It is the dismasting crash bug, probably. And I'll bet money that there is a La Licorne near by.
