Most of the art in the transition screens are the paintings of AA Orlinski. There are some exceptions. Craiggo set most of the loading screen choices to their current configuration.

The Orlinki's are a married couple from Poland that specialize in maritime art. I am privileged enough to own three original Orlinski paintings in my art collection. They may not be quite as detailed or meticulously researched as Geoff Hunt or some others, but in my opinion, their art is at the same level and is only getting better - AND is only becoming worth more as time passes. Galleries in Beverly Hills are selling their paintings for 12 to 16 thousand dollars. I obtained permission to include these screens in GOF from a friend of the artists - as our mods are free and make no money or profit of any kind. (good exposure) I credited the artists in one of the read-me files. If I can get my commercial game efforts up and running this year or next, I intend to retain the Orlinski's to assist me with both the concept and game art for my retail game.

One of my Flickr sets is dedicated to their fine paintings: http://www.flickr.com/photos/49225014@N05/sets/72157625478711952/

If you would like to buy an original or a print I recommend the Icon Gallery in Old Town Alexandria Virginia USA. http://icongaleria.com/

Hello, hello, and Dear ModernKnight, can you tell me from which friend of the artists you have obtained these GOF screens?
My very best regards
Andrew Orlinski

ModernKnight1 is no longer around these forums. I do hope there is no problem with those loading screens.

Well, I simply never ever gave permission to any friend to post these pictures, so I was really curious, who and why used my pictures without my permission.

:facepalm I was afraid of that.

Well as you can see ModernKnight1 has been banned so this is not really a surprise to us. I presume you would like those loading screens of yours removed from the mods here.
