Slave Trader Quest

I took the quest in Martinique Saint-Pierre. I am at the moment that the brigantine Jolie is saling towards the governor general with proofs. I am supposed to board it and take the documents. I think the Guvernor General is in Capsterville, yet i sail there, but there in no brigantine Jolie on the world map or on the sea. I check every day. After 2 weeks from the date the quest is received, the quest is lost. Does anybody know what I should do? Maybe some of you did this quest already.

There is no city mentioned in the quest log or in the dialog. It is just "towards to governor general". Thee is a space between towards and to.
Looks like another broken quest. At least for me.

There was no city mentioned. Just an empty space. Same in the quest log.

I checked at Capsterville and on every french town and there is no such ship on the battle map. I abandoned the quest. Actually i loaded a previous save.
