Solved slow scrolling

im experience really slow scrolling in the new updatem is this intended or im bugged?

Are you referring to slow scrolling in the game's menus? In that case, are you using Windows 10 by any chance?

i mean the movement on the third person camera it feels slow even when i increase it, and yes im using windows 10 but the game in general is running fine

Only inside or outside as well?

I had that issue inside before, but setting "full_screen = 0" in engine.ini solved it for me at the time.
If you haven't tried that yet, it's worth a shot. Set "screen_x" and "screen_y" to your desktop resolution.
You may also have to set ENGINE.exe to "Windows Vista (Service Pack "2)" compatibility mode.
