Solved Starting Ships

Been away from the mod for a while and some stuff has changed. Where can I alter the available ship tiers for new characters--I want to experiment with making ships again and want to be able to test them right away.

If you enable the Cheat Mode at the bottom of InternalSettings.h, then you can choose from all ships available in the appropriate time period.
