Solved Still can't get the latest version to work

I don't think any one has clarified whether or not the extract goes in the game folder or the program folder. Thanks everyone for trying to help sort this.

As always it should be extracted to the folder where the engine.exe is located

Still trying and I know a little more. I have tried to extract the last two zip using both 7zip and WinRAR in both cases I get WINRAR diagnostics that say the operation is failing which would probably account for the blank internal settings after I run the zip. I don't know what to try next, but I feel like I have isolated the problem. Comments, suggestions?

I myself have had issues in the past using an outdated version of 7-Zip. Could that be plaguing you?

Unless weird stuff happens, I'll make another EXE tomorrow so we'll have a more reliable means of installation.
The current EXE is bugged anyway and could do with replacing.
