Storyline Error

I've almost completed quest 3, sailed away from the french island( with the surrendered french captains ship) and arrived at port royale. but when i enter the townhall silehard wont reward me and just starts the standard dialogue

the walktrough on: http://piratewiki.net/index.php/New_Horizons_Main_Quest tells me to sail to port royale, go to silehard and he'll reward me:

Sail to Port Royale, Jamaica. – on landing – Transported to Townhall – Silehard talks to you – gives you reward and tells you of next job. – tells you to go to tavern and wait for orders.

but i only get the standard dialogue(see the attached image)

now i can't continue the storyline and i cant have my own ship back...
Could anybody please help me!

Can you enable error logging as per this post

then play the part of the story again ( e. g. from when you talk to the French Captain in Speightstown tavern ) - when it fails exit the game and go to your Pirates of the Caribbean folder - find the System - Compile - and Error logs & post the files here as attachments.

That might show what the problem is
