Need Help Storyline help needed - 'Shack on Pelogostos'

As I am playing Jack Sparrow story line, I am stuck in the mission 'Justine Le Moigne disappearance'. After rescuing Justine, Tia Dilma told Jack to sail for 'Pelogostos' in her Shack to save Jack from Davy Jones. But where is 'Shack on Pelogostos'?? I could not find it, maybe missing something. Any help will be appreciated.
