strange things going on problem

i think during a pirate raid in town(krajedlik,bonaire) one of the ladies you speak with got killed, now i can not speak with the other ladies to get the quest going. The thing is i did not realize this until i was well into the game. So, is there a way to fix this(if it is a problem) or do i have to start a new game again.

Are you talking about the 3 ladies in front of the Governors mansion? Usually when a quest character gets killed they are replaced by another character so that the quest can be done. You might be in a pickle there.

restart u think? and yes the character was replaced by a merchant. BTW, u can start this quest at anytime right? You don;t have to be a certain level do ya?

You can start this quest any time. I suggest this and Toff's daughter right at the start. They both are right there.
