Michel told me i could join a "secret organization" based on bridgetown, i've talked to literally everyone, does anyone have any clue about what to do ?

You have to talk to the Bartender of Bridgetown in Barbados.

But before he will talk to you, you have to fullfill the following requirements before you can work for the secret organization:

- Your level (rang) is not higher than 15

- Your reputation (honour) is negative (the minimum for that is "Unknown Rascal")

- All your weapon skills (for the 3 types of weapon) are minimum 25 or higher

I'm stuck at this part. I'd like to join one of the three team but i'm too good for the secret organization, I don't find anything about this quest in Willemstead or in St John.
Help please !

In Willemstead next to the tavern is the Dutch Company. It has some golden sign on door. Enter there.

I just find it. The privateer of St John is a the all left when you are at the pier in a shitty house.
