I love Akella.They never let down the fans(disney did).I played

Will Portugal be in the game ? maybe later ? or in some patch ?
 
I doubt portugal will be in the initial rlease but id say there will be a mod that includes them

Even if Portugal and many others are not in the game, will it be possible to bring in new flags and name your ship in Multiplayer?

That's great, cause we are looking at <a href="http://www.sealordsvf.org" target="_blank"><u>Sealords</u></a> for a new game to bring our online gaming community fun for the next years.
At the Moment we are using AOS2 and PB (published before your time at akella <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" /> and are getting really old now) and have 7 active Fleets, from which are some not represented in the carribean.
As there will be no AOS3 in the future, my personal favorite is AOP, although we have to go nearly 200 years back in time for roleplay or mod the game to have ships of napoleonic times availible.
So all informations about MP or possibilities to use mods in MP are really welcome to me.
 
One thing I haven't noticed that should be added, imo, is a minimap with or wihtout markers/names for houses and such. getting around an island is easy in PotC, but getting around town sucks.

Another idea would be some co-op skirmishes? As the entire SP time would be quite hard to make co-op, random quests to do this, and then that happens, and thus you have to do that, would be a fun thing to do to vary those deathmatch, tema deathmatch modes and such. Though I'm veeeeeery looking forward on smacking some skulls of you landlubbers 'eya! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

And last, the boarding should be redone! I'm GUESSING it's gonna be teh same as in the first two sea dogs, but I mean, wouldn't it be just cool if you could really THROW your hooks from your ship, but on the landing ladders/planks, and run down their hull, only to quickly run back to your ship, or assign your officers to one or the other ship.. or uh.. maybe even TOWING your boarding vessel! :x

I just know it will be a great game anyway, anyhow. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> (Just watched the movie)
