I got about half way through this quest, but then a large problem arose. WHERE IS THAT RACHEL PERSON? I cant find her at anywhere! I wish the quest book would tell you where to find people!

Hang on, found her now. Before she wouldnt talk to me because Id got into a bit of trouble with the town guards.

In the bit of FDF with the store, I think. Shes blonde with a blue dress, like Silehard's daughter that you talk to about lucas.

It says in the quest book that she has blonde hair, and she did for me!

You need her to know where to go next, I think.
 
That quest has a lot of mini-side-quests and branches. You can probably zip right through it without even talking to her--just talk to Milon & Orable (& Milon again?) and then find Marc.

Uh, actually--you can't (IIRC) kill him, but you can persuade him to kill Rachel.
(You can, of course, _threaten_ to rip him to pieces, but he's smart enough not to over-tempt you).
 
Heh. I think you can probably kill him, but he will regenerate.
