The problem is getting the coast to be rotated so that North points the right way and then having it match up correctly with the worldmap.
@Armada had quite a hard time getting that right for Cartagena because for some reason the CoAS model files used was rotated 180 degrees from the PotC version.
We also have some occasionally very bad inconsistencies between 3D sailing mode and worldmap coordinates.
