Hi, I personally enjoy vanilla game more than GOF, but it has so many bugs. Could someone be so kind to create a mod or a patch that only fixes the bugs of vanilla game?

Yes, but is there only fixes without adding any new things to game?

As I said, the above is the closest we've got. If you want less, you'll have to compile it yourself.
Use WinMerge on those files and exclude all new stuff.
