Hmm... it <i>was</i> at <a href="http://www.galaxyproductions.net/downloads/aopsupermod.html" target="_blank">http://www.galaxyproductions.net/downloads/aopsupermod.html</a> and was in English. The site registration appears to have lapsed - what now appears there looks like a generic advertisement for the site hosting company, not Cyberops' page.
