I like the following:

Barbossa- I like apples, Cortez treasure and The Black Pearl
Jack Sparrow- The Fountain Of Youth And Anglica Is what I try to avoid
Undead Monkey " Jack" I like annoying captains particulary Jack Sparrow
Pintel And Ragetti- That chest might be worth a shiny penny
Norrington- bloody pirates took my career, and Will stole my was to be wife

The others seem a bit boring to me, but those five are classic.

I figured this poll would be swamped by all the kids coming here to play as Sparrow, so stayed away.

I like Will Turner best. He is an honest hardworking man who gets caught up in events.

Aye Will is a good character, a shame at the end of POTC 4 he can now only see Elizabeth for 1 day every 10 years. At the end he saw his young child waiting for him probally 8 or 10 years of age next time they meet His child will be a mature adult.
