WIDESCREEN!!! GAME WON"T STRETCH THE PICTURE!!! HELP!!!

I'm new to this forum and I can't find topic for solving my problem.. I don't know how to make 1280x1024 stretched.. I'm using 22" 16:10 Samsung with native resolution 1680x1050..

Any suggestions..?
