Windowed mode expand from the game loading screen downward and the to right

So when i open the game on my 3 screen set up it tends to yust expand from the first start up small screen not bothering to refit in the middle of the screen. 1 day it works fine the other day i cant paly the game cos half of it is under my screen. Does somone know a fix for this?

@Dragosz: I've had that problem myself.
Set ENGINE.exe to "Windows Vista (service pack 2)" compatibility mode; that solvedc it for me.
