Not a Bug [WIP] Perk Unlock Does Not Work

FYI The Book of Bouncing Balls is supposed to unlock the perk that is now called Advanced Damage Control which used to be call Advanced Ship Defense. All other books that unlock work fine. My guess is the renaming the perk is the culprit.

@Jason did you make any changes to the items_init file and did you do an F11?
Could you upload your items_init.c file?

I did not make any changes to the items file.

@Jason your initItems file is different from the one in LevisFixes7-10b, this difference is causing this problem...

Levis, I installed the above fix, and I found the book to check on that but during my last boarding the merchant crew was using spades, shovels and a bread knife.
