there is a way for change island locations in worldmap?

Lot of work. @Armada did it before, but I don't think he wants to do it again.
What exactly do you want to accomplish? You can hardly get it more realistic than it already is now.

i'm a potbs player i'm trying build up a potbs map i'm edited islands names and town names im using the same island models just trying have some fun

Yeah, moving islands around requires editing the World Map 3D model. Unless you have experience with Autodesk Maya, I wouldn't recommend that.
