www.piratehideout.com fansite question.

I am a member of the piratehideout fansite, aswell as this one.
I recently (3 weeks ago) made a post in it's forum.
When I try to go there now, the connection is refused. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />
Was it something I said, or has the site closed down ? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ib012.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cry" border="0" alt="ib012.gif" />

No, when i try to connect to www.piratehideout.com all i get is a `DNS-Error`.

I said nothin' at all, just explainin' the game ta somebody even more new ta the game than I.
I just thought that maybe I had given too many secrets away.
Thank ye emrep. Now I know that it was not that I had been rejected like a fish caught by a John West fisherman.
I now wonder why the fansite has closed down ?
I think I will not carre too much, but go 'n' join the Legion o' Independant Buccaneers on Ellaybe Island instead. It looks like a hearrty fansite, like this here one is.

Sometimes it shuts down, no clue as to why; one might guess that bad weather has cut down a connection somewhere.

I can't access it either. Could be server troubles. thanks Catalina, I just spoke to a moderator there on this forum called Robert, & he said pretty much the same thing.
So I will just persist with the hideout.
