great now i got a problem, when im at sea and i am about to enter a sea battle the game closes and it said they had to close the game and now i cant play it

the game will start but when im in the map and i encounter a battle with another nation, the game just closes

Try re-extracting the Pre Build 13 on top of your current installation. Maybe that makes a difference... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

guys, i have some news:
i have finally found a shop that sells PotC <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> . i'm haunting the sees again <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/boom.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":boom" border="0" alt="boom.gif" /> and will be downloading the mods for the game shortly.
i have a question though: what are the latest and most stable of the build set?

You can download the Pre Build 12 full download from the main PA! site. The downloads on my own site are, for some reason, down. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

The Post Build 12 mods have been replaced by the Pre Build 13 mod. It's basically the same though. Several new things have been added and, most importantly, a lot of bugs have been fixed.

The Pre Build 13 download is on the main site as well, yes, so you don't need to wait. Install Build 12 first, then the Pre Build 13. Installation instruction are on my site.

sorry for double posting, but i wanted to ask which one is the pre build 13? is it the "Post Build 12 Mod" or "Build 13 Alpha Release"?

i have reinstalled the WHOLE thing, PotC, build12.1 full, pre build 13, and the small update and it still happens

I AM VERY MAD!!!
