In the Quest Book you will get the entry:
After the bridge and the cavern of Sandy Point, find the small rock near a tree.
Go ashore at Sandy Point, follow the path up the hill, across the bridge & enter the cave.
Once inside in the cavern go to your right & exit through the tunnel.
Move towards the tree
And collect the Treasure
