    how to attack a City or fort?

    So i have level 30 and 2 frigates with full crew and wanted to see if i could fly an english flag, run over to a spanish colony and loot it. is that possible? how do you defeat the fort or attack a town?

    super repair during battles or glitch?

    so i've noticed duuring a battle my enemies will never lose more than 1/2 thier sail points. is this a glitch? or are they fixing their ship during battle? I usually use chain shot to rip the sails up and slow them down, then move in for a boarding attack so i can sell the captured ship at port...
