    Im no modder, but i think the crew damage was horrible, i sail all the time with just enough crew, as a pirate its hard to find crew. Maybe make more places you can hire crew. Maybe from an officer in the Governers palace, where u can hire Navy like crew, more expesive and only have Good morale...
