    You can still continue main story by skipping the rest of Pirate Saga and capturing Tortuga on your own, but that is almost impossible. I did the same mistake when playing myself, so I can imagine the frustration.

    Well, despite one of my two drives is SSD (I have POTC on second one so I'm not sure it works with the game anyway), I get horrible lags (and often CTDs) when 3D sailing on the time speeded up to 10x or 20x, 5x is a bit calmer.

    You could also cheat with debugger. Search the forum how to enable it, then in the game press F11 and click that ok button at the top of screen. You should be teleported ourside "Velasco" galleon.

    Well, maybe it's a stupid idea but do we really have to make character models for armor? Couldn't it be used as wearable item like swords and guns?
