    It's a model of Alexander, some kind of a boyar. He's one of the main characters in Akella's Age of Pirates: The Dead Man's Chest, an official expansion pack for AoP. Never released in the English world, as far as I know.

    Well, look, the bilge of a vessel wears because of time and it gives some minuses to vessel's properties. Then you go to a shipyard and there's an opportunity to careenage your vessel for money just like to fix its sails or body.
