    Diplomats in Captured towns

    I noticed when I took over towns and turned them pirate, there were never diplomats in the taverns of those towns. So, making them show up in the towns you take control of could be a good thing.

    You can do that yourself. Easily. Well, you can change the name and info easily. Go into Your Game folder, Resources/INI/texts/russian/herodescribe.txt and hunt the Blaze Devlin name, replace the name and back story as you see fit.
