    Stuck in Fort screen

    I'm in Port Au Prince in the Assassin story line and my quest is to go the fort but it gets stuck in the fort screen. The loading (coin) animation is gone and I can hear the effects where you can choose the options to fast travel, etc.

    I'm now on the quest to find a spanish spy that disappeared in Speightstown. I went to every house in Speightstown and even in the jungle and I still couldn't find him. I also went to the fort and talked to some civilians but none of them was the one I'm looking for. Any tips where to find him?

    Sorry about being off topic. I'm new here. I just wanted to ask if Jack Sparrow is playable in Final Build 13? Cause I'm downloading it right now. Also, can you select a storyline in finalbuild 13?
