    Build 12 changes in Damage and Repair

    I had a similar problem so i tryed to alter the SP in Ships_init but for some reason it seems there's a relation between that and the money (???) and doesn't "work" properly ( I've to addmit I'm a landlubber in that matter). Anyway I wrote " refShip.sp = 500000" and it seems is working better
