    Look at you `Beta-Profile` under build delivery method. I think if you choose ftp you will be able to download it if you're chosen. And mail stands for cd (delivery via mail and not email like I fist thought (which would be crazy and impossible anyway)).

    Well I did subscribe. But I gave a new Email Adress when I was signing to the Beta. Is that a problem? Problem is my old Email Adress is maybe going offline. I'm the Admin of the Server and the Hardware is going soon to fail (it's a University Server). Sad thing is no one is listening to me...

    Game Length

    Looks like it's going to be like in the original Pirates! Game. In the original it was also more difficult to keep up good morale the more men (and more Ships) you commanded. Simply because more men means less Gold for everyone, when you divide it. So with large Fleets you couldn't sail long...
