    you can assing some keys in your SAVE/profile/options folder (like arrows is on land becouse the game always sais that the keys are already usd , wich is not true)

    are the nations hostile towards you ? because then you can't visit the governors' house. Also keep in mind that not ervy isle has a gov. check the manual to find out where they are. And for the pirate boss ... yes that is completyly normal because he's part of the MQ... Hope that helps

    Odd ... I have it and they're just in the main folder with the dialog files and evrything... so I don't realy understand your question , becouse all editable are in the just in the programfolder in your main catogery :S :/
