    maby its not the best plot but still this is a nice game and you don't have to do the plot if don't want and none said that the main quest have to be realistic

    try to release them in other port french maby i think you'll still get the mony but somtimes i cant release captives in the town but i can release when i'm on my ship near the port or i can only release in the tavern and somtimes anywere in the colony

    you will not get quests from the pirat king becouse you become pirat king as a part of the plot (shortly after you find the second part of the map) but once you become pirat king evrybody exept pirats will hait you so think well before you do that

    if you want the story to go on then wait till you get to lvl 8 if you want to work for one of the countries then go to governor in one of the colonies and get a l.o.m from him

    when fighting afort use bombs and when the fort is firing try to turn with your nose or the back of your ship so it hits less and destroy less canons also before landing troups sneak to town and buy soldiers

    what about the fighter officers i think they also get exp evry time the kill someone also the spesial ability makes that ur officers get 10% of the exp u get
