    Downloaded the build last night and wow! Had a little trouble getting it up and running. Executed it, installed into the folder and tried to play immediately but it just crashed to desktop on main screen.     cheers nige just tried that and you are spot on. I thought changing ships would be done from the F2 based menus like the last un. That makes things a lot easier. Also tried giving gems rings etc to officers which is no problem but they dont seem to have any special efects apart from looking...

    ive just discovered if you try to complete a delivery mission and an escort mission it bugs up the trade mission so you cant complete it. I have just learned a valuable lesson about using lots of save slots. Still it was only 6 hours of solid graft lost............
