    Try encontering on open sea if you wana se em, larger patrols usaly has at least 1 of em, but bewhere, patrols can be mighty dangerus! like today i attacked a british one,(I dont wana be at war whit em but the main quest changes that so i guess il pay one of them peace makers to seattle it up)...
