    combat skill only improve in fighting but you can improve personal abilities and ship abilities by attack fort one fort with about 8x cannon can bring you much more exp than 5 dynamic battle

    I can't take over the town even when I have around 1000 sailors in 2 ships(Frigate and warship) I destroyed the fort storm the fort then deal with enemy guards in town I meet governor then only one option available is take some money and raid town any ideas?
