    I have doubled the woodesrogers-not-on-balcony lines. Try this and start a little bit earlier. From the mine where Selkirk and Friday join the pirates. I have traced and both cases are really read in my game.

    I couldn't load your uploaded savegame. Got Bad Save. Yesterday I played that part but from an earlier jump start - no Woodes Rogers there. Indeed. I'll add a fix to secure that Woodes Rogers isn't at the balcony.

    I have reworked the prison_bridge and the prison_pier. Both now have walk patches. Also added lanterns and more characters. Fixed doors that were flipping between visible/invisble when you turned around and a boat bug. I have made a folder of this + the three small fixes I've already...

    Ok, EnvAmmo has to stay then. Guess it could be done but there are some things to check. I'll take a look. I'm working on two other things where I've already changed some of the files I'll have to change for this. So after I finished that I'll continue to the gun disarm thing.

    The reason I thought it worked yesterday in my game was that I tested with the flintlock pistol not for.ex with pistol1.

    I've tested your save game now @AkrimalS. And it is as @Grey Roger says: a special "blade"item + a standard pistol gives the shiny metal look. I tested to lift out EnvAmmo.tga (which the standard pistols use) from the game and all works fine. (expect some error messages) So it's hard to tell...

    4) I was wrong about the id of the item picked up. It's called "gpmap" and is directly after the pick up switched to mapBB2A. @Grey Roger I've made a small change so the incomplete sentence "you have found an itemname_!" is not logged.
